Each lunch special includes:

• An Entrée — choose one from variety of entrees provided below

• Daal – lentils, spiced very mildly, cooked with cream and butter

• Naan — soft bread freshly baked in clay oven

• Rice

Entrées

Chicken

Chicken Korma – chicken cooked in a cream sauce with raisins and nuts.

Chicken Palak — chicken and chopped spinach cooked in herbs and spices.

Chicken Tikka Masala — pieces of tender boneless chicken barbequed in the tandoori oven, then cooked in a delicate season sauce.

Butter Chicken — chicken cooked in a creamy tomato gravy.

 

Lamb/Goat

Lamb Korma — tender pieces of marinated lamb meat, spiced very mildly, cooked with onion, rich cream, and assorted nuts.

Lamb Saag — lamb cooked with special spices, served with cream and spinach gravy.

Lamb Boti Masala — lean pieces of lamb marinated in yogurt and different spices, baked on skewers in the clay oven and then cooked in a tangy and spicy red sauce.

Goat Curry — diced goat cooked with spices and herbs in a special homemade sauce.

 

Tandoori Specials

Tandoori Chicken Tikka — pieces of tender boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, barbequed over charcoal.

Reshmi Kabab — all white meat marinated,in a special low-calorie marinade and baked on skewers.

Chana Masala — garbanzo bean spiced with ginger and served with a delectable gravy.

Aloo Gobi Masala —fresh cauliflower and potato, curried with variety of herbs and spices.

Aloo Palak — combination of cubed potatoes and chopped spinach cooked with herbs and spices.

Matar Paneer — green peas and cheese cooked tenderly with onions, tomatoes, and fresh spices.

Navratan Korma — fresh mixed vegetables cooked with cream raisins, nuts, and special spices.
